Lexi draws upon knowledge from her studies and personal experience with having had an Eating Disorder for 15 years and making a full recovery through lifestyle, Lexi advocates it is possible for anyone and works closely with her clients to empower them to find it in themselves. 

Being multifaceted, Lexi has a very deep & creative element and is committed to her spiritual path. Her down to earth, quirky and full of life approach is absolutely infectious as she believes in keeping it real and meeting the individual at where they are at. Having been given another shot at life after beating the odds with an Eating Disorder, Lexi embraces life deeply and has to been know to “be a vibe”.   

When she isn’t at work Lexi is spending time with her beautiful daughter, trying out new restaurants, weekends away and working on new projects.
